I want to know if 247exchange.com is trusted so I can buy or sell bitcoin
they can sell bitcoin via cash express

Why risk your 'hard earned coins' with a possible unknown/untrusted exchange, whilst you could use known and trusted services such as:

https://xapo.com
https://coinbase.com
https://bitstamp.net

I'm sure each of these services added together would have any feature you would be looking for in an exchange...
But if you need to advertise your exchange you should really try signature campaigns ;-)

You can use this links to do the transfers.Also I don't understand why you don't want to use localbitcoins? Its much easier and safe as all the transfers are done using an escrow!
