why i Can't claim "clam coin" with this address?

Hi to all,
I want get some clam coin from my old wallets...

I try this one..

But clam checker says that there are not clam coin in this wallet.
I can't understand why I can't claim, because it seems there is a not 0 balance on May 12th 2014 ...
And I haven't claim the coin before...

If it says there are no clams in that address then it means just that.  Clams were initially distributed to 3,208,032 BTC, LTC and DOGE addresses based on the 12 May 2014 snapshot of these blockchains. Each of these address received 4.60545574 CLAMs. But only the addresses having any balance at that time got clams. So you address must have had no balance that day and which is why it doesn't have any Clams.
