This just means the excrow gets fucked if the dude charges back.. Tell him to go buy BTC with his paypal and avoid the scam all together with.

no no man, also with a tracking an user can make a chargeback through credit card/ bank issues the card.
I think it's not a good deal .... try to ask for another payment method... or refuse to get it!
A bad solution is the creation of two paypal address, the first to receive the money, the second to get safely (and avoid) a chargeback.

Why can't you accept it yourself? If you don't have a PayPal account, it's easy enough to create one and add your bank account to it.

I can do this for Western Union funds, tell him to send them through WU to me and send me the 1btc as payment for the escrow and I'll wire you the funds.

Even if there is a tracking number maybe he will claim he got a candy instead of the watch ?
Or will claim his pp got hacked or whatever or will do a creditcard chargeback is really not safe this deal
