Only bitcointalk forum.
I do not find any other platform with more number of bitcoin users. Signature campaign must be one of the best way to advertise bitcoin related products or service. Guidelines and support for bitcoin related things are awesome from this community.

You can target good bitcoin faucets. Those are the best places right now to advertise bitcoin related stuff. You can always have bitcoin blogs and such but they will charge bomb for advertisement.Even this forum is not a bad idea for your advertisement but they won't promote any spammy stuff or ponzis.

There are many bitcoin advertisement servies out there but the best ones according to me are the forum advertisement itself and also check mellowads which is also quite good. And you can also advertise your site in your pm and signature space.

what would be a smart plan is if these 9 sites partnered together under one brand, to really compete against google

You need to advertise in the locations that are currently accepting bitcoin, but you also need to cross advertise that into some local or main stream sites such as Craigslist and such.  This will bring more people to those sites in hopes they will start using bitcoin.

Start your own website and put up self hosted banners. Ad networks either bitcoin based or Adsense will probably not reach your readers as anyone into bitcoin is savvy enough to have AdBlocker or similar installed in their web browser. If you check my main site you can have all the adblockers you please turned on and my banner ads are still served.

When it comes to advertising, you shouldn't rely so much on exposure itself, but mostly to have targeted audience, the one interested in bitcoin.
I would only advertise here on forum (via forum ads and signature campaign), and maybe start media campaign for users that have crypto related facebook, twitter or forum accounts.

cheers

There are sites that sell banner advertising for Bitcoin businesses, or advertising in other areas of websites like these.

https://coinad.com/

https://mellowads.com/

Some of them have pay per click business models, and others ask for a fee to put ads in a network of websites. Coinmarketcap has a banner ad at the top of its pages which tens of thousands of Bitcoin users must view. You probably have to pay to get advertising space on a premium Bitcoin website like that.

Yeah. Those two are probably the sites to get your ads from. I personally don't have a bitcoin site and I don't use bitcoin ads, but I have a couple of friends that do, they recommend mellowads.

Advertising here on forum is also quite a good move, but they won't be able to close such a deal like you said was made on cryptogames.
However, i'm not too sure about the quality of people that come from faucet sites, since they obviously don't even have money to spend,
otherwise; why would they be claiming faucets ?

Obviously in BTCrelated media. You can advertise on this board, just like on coindesk.com or cointelegraph.com. Forget faucets, they're for losers. Better try to advertise on the biggest media names for credibility. More than that, BTC is known to anyone working in finance, so you can advertise on all financial media.

We can give advertising on Bitcoins related websites and other websites also where you can play video games and gambling sites too to give advertising. Some of websites are coinad.com,coinadvert.net etc.

I think the PTC sites are from the best places to advertise a Bitcoin related product or service, because already the community there is interested about making money opportunities and most part of them are Bitcoin's users

I could recommend one of the product sections here on bitcointalk, or maybe start a signature campaign. That works surprisingly well on the bitcoin community.

I wouldn't recommend an advertising service like mellowads, etc, because your ads just end up on annoying faucet banners.
