I thought people forgot about that XT thing , well XT is dead man ... and you can tell just by looking at the statistics here : http://xtnodes.com/ (nodes and miners) . As far as I know for Core there will be a blocksize debate or something on December and they may decide what happens next but it have nothing to do with XT .

reward half is coming, miners want more transaction fees, increasing block size will do that also,

There is no definitive plan yet, but almost certainly there will not be an "XT blocksize" as the project is dead. No need to worry anyway, when/if the fork comes it should not affect end users.

There is no clear date, there is no consensus, we need consensus for a such a thing. There is a convention soon about scaling bitcoin (basically part 2 of the one that already happened). Let's see what they have to say about it. Im not worried at all.

Given that there are no active nodes which will change the consensus rules at any given time besides Bitcoin XT, there will not be blocksize increase in January. The plan was to have the increase in January at the earliest but there is no node software that has any forking mechanism built in for any of the other BIPs.

it will increase , they have no choice aside from the sidechain, but miners are pro the increasing and merchants have no reason to be against the increase since it will help adoption

personally i would simply fork core and increse it to 2 then 4 then 8 and so on, without adding something else

You need to read and research about this. There won't be XT fork, at least that's how it seems at the moment! When will be decided about block size increase, nobody knows this surely!

There is a second block size increase conference in Hong Kong begging of December, we might know more then!
