If someone reaches a million posts; what happens then! It will happen eventually for some users if they have their account for a long time. I was just wondering what would happen? Would they get banned for spamming?
ALSO: what is the largest post count that exists now?

They will not get anything done if their posts are constructive and not just one word or character posts. I think I saw someone with 16000 posts so 1000000 is not humanly possible to do unless you have a bot. Which in that case that is not allowed.

I very highly doubt that the forum will last long enough for someone to gain 1,000,000 posts. Even if someone posted 20 posts per day every day without fail, it would take them over 136 years to get to 1,000,000. Of course it would also be case by case. If the user made 1,000,000 useful posts they would of course not be banned. If the user tried to make 1,000,000 spam posts they would likely be banned after the first thouand or so. Also, you can see the stats of users/the forum here. It could likely answer any further questions you have about records.

If you make 10 000 posts yearly it will still take you 100 years to reach that post count. In other words it is pretty much impossible within your lifetime. Even if you reach that amount, nothing will happen. Phinnaeus Gage has the most posts (~21.4k) even though he has been inactive for a while.

All i need to do is live to 115 and post 10000 posts a year, or 200 posts a week!

Nothing, he will only reach the special rank 'spammer' . This man is correct, but only if they are posting comments that are not even relevant to the topics they post on.

U see first one is here from 2013 and second one from 2011. So one made 10 000 posts in one year other 5 per year. So first will need 100 years, second twice more for 1 000 000 posts. This sounds like imposible, but if they are young and they stay at this forum they will be first to reach that number of posts.

Someone have searched the code before: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1194826.msg12551893#msg12551893and the sentence 'I am a geek!' would be shown as the post count when the number of posts is more than 100,000, i.e. same for users achieved 1,000,000 posts.

Doubt we'll see anyone with 1,000,000 posts for a looong, looooong time, if ever. I don't think whoever may be able to make that amount of posts will be actively using Bitcointalk for long enough to make that many posts.
You'd need to make something like 50 posts a day for just under 50 years in order to get a million posts.

Well I would say Amph can reach 100.000 easily in the next few years, 100k is not impossible. That's a pretty funny easter egg tho, I wonder if there are more.

Have a possibility if someone do 50 posts per day for 58 years. But i don't think that someone can do 50 posts a day and forum will allow the user to further post on this forum.

You'd need to be able to post 25 msgs per day, which is 25 posts for 40000 days, which is 109.52 years. Start farming posts! Why would anyone put any effort into all this?

Unless an admin has added more, afaik the only other one is that your post count changes to 'leet' when you reach 1337 posts. Like this: https://i.imgur.com/rLqDltF.png
