No. Its Not as you say. I resubmit my ID docs almost 10 times and everytime they (BTCjam) say that have poor quality! On loanbase when i submit mi ID istantly appear rejected! But it was a new ID doc !
What kind of ID did you submit? AFAIK if your ID is a valid one then you won't have any problem getting your account verified. Also Scan it or take a very clear and detailed picture of ID so it get's identified easily. If nothing works, contact their support first. I don't think it's a good idea to use another persons identity in these lending sites. It's shady bro.
