Edit: Sold for $1,750

Hello,

I have a server I'd like to sell for bitcoin. It is currently colocated in a datacenter in Kansas. I can either sign that over to you if you want to keep it there, or have them physically mail the server to your address for an additional fee.

It's in perfect working condition but one of the rails is slightly bent and I think I threw away the bezel.

EDIT: I'm looking for $1600 using Mt. Gox Avg.

Specs
•   Supermicro SuperServer 6026T-NTR+ Chassis 18 DIMMS
•   X8DTN+  Motherboard
•   Two (2) Intel Xeon E5620 Quad Core 2.4GHz Processors (12MB L2 Cache, 80W)
•   48GB DDR3 1333 ECC Registered RAM (6 x 8GB)
•   Redundant 720W Power Supplies
•   Two (2) Western Digital RAID Edition 320GB SATA Hard Drives (32MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5" - Model # WD3202ABYS)
•   Four (4) Western Digital RAID Edition 1TB SATA Hard Drives (32MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3.5" - Model # WD1002FBYS)
•   I also have TWO 750GB drives in there, they are cheaper caviar drives I used for personal stuff
•   Onboard Intel PRO/1000 Dual Port Gigabit Network Card
•   19" Rack Mount Rails

I added the following upgrades as well:
LSI 9260-8i MEGARAID SATA/SAS Disk Controller: $530
IPMI with KVM over LAN: $90
Additional INTEL Dual Gigabit NIC $40

I'm happy to ship it wherever you want, but if you want to keep it in it's current datacenter:

It's currently at Joe's in Kansas City, and is only $65/mo.

Service Information

webhostingtalk.com
Ask to be paid in btc Wink

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

It's very heavy. I think I spent about $100 to ship it via USPS to the datacenter, so it will probably be that plus a little more to send it back. They pack it themselves and quote their own shipping and insurance, according to their FAQ. So l'd guess around 150.

*edit* i just realized you may not be able to do this. But I'd be interested to see if the datacenter can send you pics of your server. lmk.

Very nice price.  I would have taken it (and paid in BTC - can always use cash to buy more) but we just bought new server.
Sadly paid more for less than what you were offering.  Sad
