On a very technical sense you could do a faucet app very easily.  I am not saying that this is how it was done for this app.  The easy way would be to simply start with your own faucet site.  Then you just put that url into a wrapper inside the app.  That would take all of about ten minutes.  You would, of course, need to have the Google Developer account, which is $25 for life and a domain and a small server, but it could all be done in less than a day.

i have download and install the app, 25 mb for one faucet is very high

later, with my tablet don't work, app download, install , open but later i don't see nothing, only a btc symbol
