Just don't go back and gamble it, other than that its your money. Don't let other people tell you what to do with it. This thing has happened to me twice, once I made over 2BTC with less than 20 bucks, then went back and gambled it and lost everything. Then I made 0.67 from 0.12 and just when I was gonna cash it out , thought why not make it to 0.7 and well you can follow up the story from there.
