Sorry. I don't think you can get 1:1 anywhere. I suggest to withdraw the funds and buy Bitcoins with it, although you'll lose alot in fees, so either way 9% isn't a bad deal really

Neteller and Skrill now have a tie up... so you can transfer your skrill balance to neteller and vice versa..!

fee is 1.9% which sounds like a bargain...when compared to the traders here+the risk involved...!
