It is working (parts of it), but with MSK, which has no value. Testers must have some incentives, given the large premine (currently valued @ $340.000)...

We have changed the mining algorithm from POW to delegated POW. That means only delegated miners can created new blocks. The miners are delegated by stake owners.

So you don't even have the free-for-all 1-month mining that Steem had?
Basically your distribution is premine-over-time, and you and your designated associates still end up with all the supply.

This is great. I love coins that dont use miners to generate coin. This looks good but its not quite paid to post its more like articles but that's good because if I'm not mistaken this is the first of its kind unless you want to add steemit.

I will probably up vote more than I post articles but it looks interesting to read.

This issue affected only maskbuzz users. From what i know, maskbuzz.com operator made some modifications to web wallet software and some private keys were lost. Over 80 addresses where affected. All those who had a copy of the private keys, recovered the funds.

Finding the private key of an address is a 2 click process. In a beta software, launched a week ago, making a copy of pvt keys is the first thing a user should do.

This was reported as a wallet side issue not a core protocol problem. The team is maintaining the core protocol while the web nodes operators do the front end job.

Until some respected web nodes are launched, those kind of events will become routine.
