Hi, I'm not sure if this is valid for live games also, but I think it is, because in promotion materials I didn't find any limitations to specific game types. It would be the best if you sent this question to their online support just to be sure. As for ID, I never used cash payments there, only Bitcoin, and it didn't require any personal information. I think that for Skrill and other cash payments you will have to give some personal details - not sufe if scan of ID is required.

Easy people, don't kill the messenger. I'm just presenting you what Casino has to offer, and I've clearly stated the conditions. You do not understand what you mean Free? Parking is free! Free, gratis. No deposit, no small deposit, no deposit! Not to require $ 5 and not to request or 0.10 short free is free! The players just discouraging to see if such a primitive attraction.
Where I come from, parking is paid, but ok, that's not the point. Agree 100%!! How can you say 30 free spins than say simply log in and make a deposit to of at least $5 to claim .... Umm ... The spins are not free, am I correct??
Casinos have this practice because of payout. They request a small amount to be deposited in order to verify and enable this option for later payout. For example - if you deposited via Skrill, then you will have to withdraw winnings via Skrill, and not with any other method, because Skrill will be the only option that is enabled. for Bitcoin it's pretty is the same - you can deposit directly to the address they give you, or using Cubits. Any you'll need to withdraw using the same method. Also, your logic doesn't make much sense also. Here is why: The money you deposit is still yours - you can play with it, or you can withdraw it, and for that - you will get free spins. To withdraw winnings from free spins, there are also some wager requirements - don't be lazy, and please read general casino terms and conditions which might apply. It's just the way that 99.9% casinos operate - people who play there are well aware of it. For others - they can skip if they don't like what's offered, sorry.

Additional explanation about free spins from Bitstarz: By giving the 20 free spins, we're giving genuine casino players an opportunity to play in our casino for free, and if they win, they can withdraw their winnings without any hassle and if they desire, they can keep playing with us. With that being said, there is a risk of fraud when you're giving such a generous offers to the casino community and by asking for a simple KYC verification, we can eliminate the players who are trying to abuse the system. We want our genuine casino enthusiasts to be able to keep enjoying this offer and therefore, we need to be able to remove abusers who are trying to ruin the fun for the rest of the players.
Why was this deleted after I made my thread in the scam accusations section? When the no-deposit free spin bonus was going on (idk if it is now, but thats not the point) you wrote that "they can withdraw their winnings without any hassle", and you mention requesting a KYC but no where do you mention having to require having to deposit .1 BTC ($50~ CAD) or more to even get your free spin money withdrew. (Even after providing a kyc). Just wondering, thats all. Agree 100%!! How can you say 30 free spins than say simply log in and make a deposit to of at least $5 to claim .... Umm ... Actually, they require a .1 bitcoin deposit to claim any free spin (no deposit bonus spins) winnings.. which is selective for certain people aswell (according to members on these forums and a real life friend who managed to "accidentally" get their withdrawals processed without depositing any money/bitcoins).

(Even after providing a kyc). Another user has perfectly explained to you in your accusation thread: You must be referring to this, right? https://www.bitstarz.com/promotionsClick on the 'Terms and Conditions' and read it. I think they made it pretty clear in their bonus terms that a player might be asked to provide KYC information and will be required to deposit 0.01 before the funds will be available for withdrawal. If you have completed the wagering requirement then just complete their requirements and withdraw your money. Usually all the bonus at any casino comes with certain requirements be it deposit/no-deposit which needs to be filled and if a player does not agree to the terms, He/she is free to not apply for the bonus. When you signed up, you agreed to these terms. Also, just because your girlfriend's friend or who ever got her withdrawal by complaining on the forums and black mailing the casino, doesn't mean you should too. I think it was mistake of the casino that they allowed her to withdraw without completing the terms (i.e. if we go by her words that she didn't deposited and/or provided the KYC) but just because they made a mistake once, doesn't mean they will keep repeating it. And now, please stop spamming my thread with this and learn to read the rules on any website you are visiting. After all - you agreed to those!

Are you games provably fair ?
Please check that on their website or asking their support. I'm only informing people about current promotions. I'm not Jubise employee. Since they are offering games from same well known games providers as other legit casinos, I don't see why would they be any different.

The conclusion is that the casino is serious money for any winnings and the fair. Then there are the casino, the "bonuses" from which you only have to pull the money they pay impossible requirements. This obviously not among the serial casinos I was playing at the casinos of serious enough for me to know their attitude.
