Most of the time, the alleged rapists will be let off with ZERO jail-time. That is because almost always they will claim that they are minors (i.e less than 18-years of age). Since they have destroyed their passports and other documents, the age can't be verified. For example, now in Sweden, more than 90% of the violent rapes are being committed by "minors".

In Sweden, the rapists hardly face any jail time. In most of the cases, they are let off with fines or community service. Check this:

German law has a minimum sentence of half a year to up to 15 years (which equals in germany to a life sentence) depending on what kind of rape (not sure how to phrase it in english)

I have a simple question.

If you live where media and politicians are trying to cover up the bad aspects of the immigrants, why would you believe they would get harsh (but just) sentences in the courts?
