There is still some time until reward halving.  many of the bitcoin users right now became savers and that will decrease the supply in the market that will lead to higher price. Not at the moment. If we are about to see the halving effect, it is not present today. If there is more savers then the current price is not fit. Others are just waiting for their right move in the market. |

I do not think the price rise is over because there is gonna happen a lot this year, the halving is coming this year.
Plus another plus point is that the people are believing again in the bitcoin, the bitcoin is growing everyday, people are investing again and that will let the price rise soon or later.
My conclusion is that this year can maybe even change the whole bitcoin and his future.

The price rise is definitely not over. The price will stabilise in the next few months and then rise a lot after that. |

At a moment price is stable, but we can expect price rise at the time of halving, so we should not stop believing that price will not rise in future, it will rise in next couple of months. The price rise has indeed stopped for a while. And that is very bad. But it will rise soon and that is very good. The halving is also coming so that is perfect. but the bad thing is that you never know what will happen. |

The price has risen from $400 to $428 now. That is quite good and within the trading range of $400 to $430.

The price has risen from $400 to $428 now. That is quite good and within the trading range of $400 to $430.
It means that price rise is not yet over.. it will continue til the coming months and most probably would only stop after those who hold would dump their coins..But I think it won't be dropping low... |

This is not a good thing. If the price is stable for a to long time people will get tired of waiting and maybe decide do quit bitcoin. So I hope that the price goes up soon.

The price rise is not over until the speculators say so. At the moment there are better opportunities for investment elsewhere in alt coins but that doesn't mean Bitcoin is doomed to fail. Once the current problems with the block size debate are ironed out I think the market will liven up again and the pump this time could go higher than the previous $1200 peak.

The block size debate doesn't look like it is ending soon. If anything, the debate has gotten shriller and more divisive. I wouldn't bank on that ending for any price increase. |

The block size debate doesn't look like it is ending soon. If anything, the debate has gotten shriller and more divisive. I wouldn't bank on that ending for any price increase. it is going to end eventually, it can't go on forever. just like the bitcoin xt ended and we don't see that anymore this one is going to come to an end in a couple of months and then the price can really rise. |

at the moment the price might look like it is sitting at its highs because some people think the block halving is priced in already, but it's the complete opposite. my target for this year is somewhere around the $700 price level. i don't think it will go much higher than that as there will be a lot traders securing profits. that will put a lot pressure on the price and that will prevent the price from going much higher than $700 this year. |

I do not think the price rise is over, its maybe just over for a while, but keep in your mind that the bitcoin is of course coming this year.
So the halving will let the price increase most likely, well that are saying a lot of speculators of course.
Overall I believe in the halving and I think it will even jump in price.

Well I think the price rise can be over but I highly doubt about it because the halving can either be good and let the price rise but it can also let the price go down or let it as it now is.
I do not think people have fully depend on the halving because it can also be bad if I'm honest.

this topic was created a long time ago. and was meant to be a FUD. and ever since there has been only one down and a lot of small size rises for day-trading. and the real rise is not even yet happened. |
