The new "Show new replies to your posts"

If possible, will the new forum implement the new link for showing new replies?

What I mean is whenever a user click his subscribed thread it will redirect to the last seen post rather than showing some pages. It will be a big help to minimize time for backreading. Hope got my point.

Edit: The function I quoted is available at the end of every thread link in your "Show new replies to your posts" and "Show unread posts since last visit. " which shows the last post on the thread. If you want to view last post after your (seen) post, use: damn it I know there was something like this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=-snip-#new , forgot how I got it.

It's for last post. What I mean is last seen post. Example I visited my subscribed thread, my last read is on page 29 post number blahblah then I didnt do any post then logout. Afer logging in back if ever that thread makes an increase in page I will still redirect to page 29 to do forward reading until to the latest.

If you want to go to the last unread post when you click on a topic title, you should install JackJack's Bitcointalk++ script. Been using it for ages and can't imagine Bitcointalk without it.

Just click on "new" and you end up below the last post you viewed (and probably read). The little icon mexxer-2 suggest takes you to the last post (which might jump over a few you have not seen).

We've already duplicated the feature shorena mentioned in the new forum software. Also, we highlight the first unread post for you so you know where you start reading from.

Didn't realized that "NEW" icon is clickable. And yes it works. Thanks. Good thing I opened up a thread. I really don't know that forum feature. I always do backread from my latest seen which really taking me some time especially in our local thread.
