85% chance that it is.
Look at his posts, & his account on that other selling stuff for bitcoin site (I can't remember the name)

He's sold hundreds of Gift Cards apparently, and unless you work for a company you wouldn't get these easily to sell for under 50%.

I would deal with caution with this guy.

Sure, if he laundered the money first you'd be safe but if he's one of those typical carder boys then you are screwed.

Ask him to use the AGC, wait for order to arrive & then let escrow release money.

Almost certainly ordered with stolen credit/debit cards because criminals can afford to sell at "a loss" since it's not their own money.
and who know after paying you get a real working giftcard code or get fake code, you can't do anything if you paid first without using forum escrow
