Hello, I placed order with bitinstant on Thursday. It shows completed but I have received nothing, and there is nothing in the blockchain.
I have tried to contact support, maybe its because of Thanksgiving, I also tried msging on the blog but no response.

I am having problems as well, ordered Friday morning, got the confirmation email but nothing's showing up in blockchain. It's been almost 24 hours now and getting worried.

*** UPDATE ***

Turns out there was a technical problem transferring my funds, but the support staff contacted me via email and got the issue resolved fairly quickly. 36 hours later I have the coins in hand, on a weekend no less. Very pleased with Bitinstant.

im having a similar issue.. my order went through yesterday (friday) at 3 pm and i recieved the confirmation email from zip zap..

but no funds in my block chain account 25 hours later..

xmas is a few days away but i still need this money so what do i do??? hope BITINSTANT messages me
