Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Reliable meaning they will take your money to line up a scammer to take your BTC? Or reliable meaning they will stockpile your personal information to be sold/lost/hacked at a later date?

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere

LOL. So none of them works huh? Other than being scammed in there I never see any good feedback so I was wondering if there are other sites that works. Anyway thanks for the answers guys.

It all comes down to their ability to effectively execute collateral seizing and protect your interests in case of default. As far as I know, none of them can do that.

There was a new website offering some form of alt collateral, never tested it.

Btcjam is 1 of the biggest jokes ive seen on the internet for loans. You gotta give them everything but your dick to post a loan and then most loan requests are never filled. Not to mention the ridiculous interest ppl want half the time

I saw a lending site other than btcjam and loan base that I think is still working as I see some people that posts a certain loan request linkking to their profile. The site was btcpop. I can't say its reliable though as I never tried it before (and no plans in the future either). Are you planning to lend or borrow? Lending section will be your best choice Grin
