Hi everyone,

i'am having troubled with my 6870 overclocking setup on BAMT.
Configured my rig this morning, i'm used to linux so was pretty easy, and btw thanks to aaronwolfe for his incredible work.

Well i am mining actually but with stock params.

mining.bitcoin.cz
73.0 c   94%   263.57 Mh/s   47 / 0   0.00%   6800 Series42% (2751)   900 Mhz   1050 Mhz   1.175v

I would like to lower mem clock and improve a little bit core clock.
I changed those params in the bamt.conf file but they arent applyed as you can see on the line above (from Munin), here is a link to my bamt.conf ==> http://pastebin.com/2BKiXHUg

If you have any suggestions tell me, i can reward you with my little amount of btc!

Have fun mining

I'm in your situation, and I found I could raise my hash speed to 281 by doing the following. Note: this is still in beta, I had a few lockups that required a reboot. But maybe we can sort this out together and get our hash speed high. Wink

So try the following commands in your root terminal:

Code:
aticonfig --od-enable
aticonfig --adapter=0 --odsc=915,1050

Of course 915 is clock and 1050 is mem.

What kernel are you using? I'm using phatk2 and  BFI_INT VECTORS FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=11.

Let me know your results!

i assume this is the only gpu on the rig?  if so, type "atitweak -A 0 -m 1000"  then so a "atitweak -s" and see if it changed.  if, not, then the card won't let you change mem clock.
