i am here to learn
and my current system is made for Rendering not for mining!
Well, here's my take at it: for some reason people seem to think that this mining business is all that Bitcoin is about, or "the major thing" of Bitcoin. It's not. Bitcoin is a new currency or "digital money", a revolutionary piece of technology, an idea than can (and hopefully will) create a breakthrough in global finance and our monetary systems. And this mining stuff is essentially just an implementation detail. Not necessary to use Bitcoin at all. I simply buy my bitcoins at exchanges, rather than mining them (cause it's cheaper, easier, and faster).
Yes, you could have earned a lot of cash if you started earlier, but nowadays (especially if you're in the euro zone) you will most likely
lose money by mining, because the required resources (electricity and hardware) will cost more than the actual coins you'll mine.
The idea of "generating money out of thin air, just by doing calculations" is really not the right way to think about this.
For one, the more people that are mining, and the more hardware power they add to the network, the more calculations you'd have to do to earn one bitcoin. See, bitcoins are mined at a constant rate worldwide,
no matter how many people are mining. So more people mining = less bitcoins mined per person. And there are TONS of people mining nowadays, with crazy ass hardware.
On top of that, the mining reward (the number of bitcoins that are mined every 10 minutes) is about to be halved in a few days from now.
But also without the mining aspect, Bitcoin is a very exciting upcoming technology, and there's more than enough to discover. Welcome to the world of Bitcoin
