You Favorite Stupid State Law

There are hundreds of straight stupid state laws out there and I would like to hear some of your favorite ones!!  Please post your state and the law.  Also let me know if you agree with the law.  Here is mine:

Illinois:
You must contact the police before entering the city in an automobile.

No wonder no one wants to go there!!

OHIO
It is illegal to fish for whales on Sunday.

Please someone tell me where you can fish for a whale in Ohio??  Lake Erie has never had any whale in it.  You have to wonder why people in our government are in office.  Please, pay me to make up laws like this!@!@! This law is like saying there is no deep sea fishing in Arizona!!

Sometime around 2002 my country (Greece) indirectly outlawed computer games. This was a result of a law aiming to tackle illegal, unregistered gambling but due to bad phrasing it ended up creating a lot of confusion and some internet cafes temporarily closed.

Women are not alowed to wear pants. And I'm serious. It's an old Napoelonian law which is obviously not applied but still! Women could be fined xD

There is a law in some states, like Idaho, where in lieu of taking their sick child to the hospital for proper medical treatment... the parents can pray to God for medical care...

and... if/when the child dies from their cancer (or other disease), the parents are immune from prosecution for things like "child abuse", "negligent homicide", "murder", etc...

That's pretty sick... religions are so twisted...

I once heard from someone that if a kid on US took a pic of his dick, he can be charged of child pornography. Quite not sure about it though as I am not from murica. Anyone from US that can confirm or enlighten us about that?
