I just want a simple site where sellers can go and list digital products and I can charge a fee on the sales.

The only script I can think of is BitShop, but it doesn't allow multiple vendors. You could rewrite it though.
I don't know of any other script that has what you are looking for.

Thanks, I am currently reworking the bitsybay engine.   That is essentially what I want.
