I am currently trading Bitcoin to Dollars and Dollars to Bitcoin

I pay the 24/hr low at http://MtGox.com via dollars or Money Order by mail to anywhere in the US.  

I can also send you a MoneyPak if you prefer (additional $5 fee)

Limit is $500 per transaction.

I Sell bitcoin at the MtGox price plus 5% - I accept cash by mail only - no exceptions.
