I have seen twitter account's with 100 thousand plus followers going for 1~ bitcoin , so you can calculate what price you should put up for sale.
having a wanted Name or some special/rare followers etc. might get you that price but it is certainly not the case.

Yes, the followers were  real and not obtained by any fake means. I searched a while but couldn't find that thread , but i do remember that majority of the followers were of Music,gaming ,tech and all that stuff.
