Yep no payout... auto didn't work and manually requesting it several times yesterday didn't work.

Please advise?

I haven't gotten an autopayment in 2 days either - manual doesn't function. I can only assume that the hot-wallet is empty.

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

There was a problem with accounts setting thresholds without a zero.

For example a threshold of .1 will fail and 0.1 will work.

So if anyone has their threshold set without a zero please include it.

Well I had a thought.

Is it possible that the manual payout button is only initiating a payout of the balance of greater than the auto-payout setting? That would explain why manual wasn't working for me. As I check this morning having passed the threshold and the payment had already been sent automatically.

Automatic payouts were working March 26-27, but seem to have stopped working again.

Not sure what's up...

Ahh I just found OP on IRC and told him about it.

He says his hot wallet was depleted and he's already transferred funds from his cold wallet. They're waiting to confirm and payouts should resume once the hot wallet has funds again.

If that's true, the problem should resolve itself shortly.

Hi,

It was a temporary situation.
There where some botnets mining on the pool that caused connection issues.

Also the pool is working fine now.

Please let me know if you have any problems.

The website is extremely slow in the Account area, specifically my-account.php. I actually can't login right now.

I've been having this issue for the past week - takes minutes to login... and the pool keeps showing up as dead (at least failover is triggered in the middle of the night for me) and all my workers switch to backup pools. I'm seriously considering going back to other more reliable pools, just so I don't have to switch things back to here every morning.

so you think my bills can wait ?

it is not good business to do like that.. How do you think to motivate another users to come to your server ?

When I can get my earned funds ?

Chill out. You haven't given the Pool Op a chance to reply, it's been less than 2 hours since your initial reply... If you're really desperate, try the IRC channel.

you dont understand..
Payout is late 4-5 days..

I reduced my hash power on server, and still nothing happend. I tryed to contact admin on forum with private message and no reply.. Why dont he just reply and says it will be executed in 2-3 days or something like that.. That is the only reason I am forced to write public on forum board..

Till few days ago, everything works fine, but now, I am waiting for it.. Execute payment button dont work..
