We are currently using an average between Mt.gox and bitstamp.

Sir, As I have said before your payment is still processing. Once the payment has been authorized by google and they notify us that the payment is confirmed we will process the order automatically.

Exactly. This has happened to me a couple of times and I called Google. The last time the problem was related to my billing address on file with Google Wallet. Google was able to process the transaction while I was on the phone.

The problem is unrelated to BTCQuick and beyond their ability to control.

i gotta say, your services are quite fast this days.. normally at my current hour of purchase, i would have received it in 8+ hours, now its about roughly 15-20 mins

keep up the good work, and i know you are basing the price based on mtgox/bitstamp average, but i hope you would go fully bitstamp price instead

Hello, I am interested in selling using your services. Would you do Xoom, MoneyGram or Western Union when selling is available? I really prefer Xoom I tried their services and they are Gr8!

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

Please be careful adding shares to Bitfunder, seems people are 'smartening up' and share price is about to correct itself for the last months amazing growth and dividend increases.

I placed an order on 8/14, order # 11032. The order screen still states the order is " under review ". I have sent several emails and called 3-4 times and have yet to receive a response. I still wish to complete the order, please let me know what I need to do to make it happen. If there is a problem on my end. I will be happy to do whatever is necessary. I do not want the order cancelled, I bought the BTC in good faith at the price quoted at the time. To cancel the order now and require me to place the order again would amount to penalizing me for a problem that was beyond my control.
Please advise...

Hi

I opened a ticket 6 days ago and don't have an answer yet.
I completed the 28 points of the bronze level (actually have 38.6) and need to know how to upgrade to bronze+. I can't find the option anywhere and still have the $250/day limit

Any way to upgrade?

My order was fulfilled within 10 minutes and my private key was funded a very short time later. Imported into my blockchain.info wallet very easily. I'll definitely be back. Thanks, btcquick!
