Is there a script out there to fix zombies as they crop up with bitmans u3?

It's called a hammer.

Though seriously, it's the hardware that needs to be reset and thus a power cycle is needed when the software reset wont reset it

Also try master cgminer if you are using the bitmain fork ...

It's not a power issue. When my miners go zombie I have more than one copy of cgminer open and the other copy of cgminer eventually picks it up. just lots of down time...

That's pretty smart though.  Never thought about doing that.
