I dont think that there are many gambling site that have proof that their are legal business. May be some of them have this kind of proof but mostly many sites dont have this kind of thing but people still coming to their site. As long as the withdrawal, deposit and their support is good enough to maintain the site. I dont think there will be problem to their site. Although that site doesnt prove that they are legal
