Ranks with less than FM are not allowed to ask for no collateral loans i.e collateral is a must for ranks less than FM.

You may want to consider closing this thread and creating a new, self moderated one.  You will get a lot of loan spam from newbies.

I think this one would be fine too. I can just simply ignore the request by newbies(without collateral)/users with negative trust.
Though if things go out of hand then i'll consider making a new self moderated thread.
