Yes, you can easily replay the bet. Just go to the "Hall of Fame" tab on LB, and you should find the yellow "Replay" button at the right hand side of each of the bets. Also, the chance to hit the outermost region (left and right combined) is only 0.00305%.

I once risked around 0.01 BTC ( at that time the rate was 5$ around ) and won 0.29 BTC from a dice site, I loved the day and still makes me feel happy when I remember. But to be honest I think I lost more than what I win .. so dont get crazy with my win or others wins and play safe and play small ( well, if you are damn rich you can play big ) .

In sports some times any thing can happen due some unknown issues so to win any match one need a some luck. So whenever any one get such a huge odds just put small amount and if your lucky then you will win big money. That guy did a very clever job and luck supported him.
