Tension between Russian and Turkey, what will be the future of the World. I am afraid becasue The cause of World War-I is just a morder. Same today, a Jet Fighter downed by Turkey is caused a conflict between Russian and Turkey.
This situation is now in the intreast of the world, also it is in the favor of common enemy i.e ISIS. I think both show some maturity and resolved their issues and focused on the issue of ISIS.

If Russia was so much of a warmonger, then they could have nuked Ankara or Constantinople immediately after the Turks shot down the Russian aircraft. But on the other hand the Russians showed restraint, and imposed only financial and trade sanctions over Turkey. Turkey is trying to poke the bear with a stick. And they will soon face the consequences for their actions.

Both Russia and Turkey are in trouble. Russia has been hit hard by the low oil and gas prices, and they are desperately looking to complete the major pipeline projects (both in Europe and Asia). On the other hand, the Turkish-US relations have been strained after the attempted coup, which was allegedly master-minded by American resident Fethullah Gülen.

Turkey has no idea about what they are doing.

They don't want to be enemies with Russia because it will hurt a lot. But on the other hand they don't want to be enemies with USA neither.

They help USA to overthrow Assad but they also want Russian tourists in their country and don't want Russian troops in Syria. They help USA because if they don't, USA will overthrow them. (they already tried that twice btw, both failed) Russia obviously don't have that power but they can make things very very hard for Turkey.

Well Turkey can't have both and soon they will learn.

After all weak Russia, USA and Europe mean that we will have stronger Muslims and Turkey.
