Hello,
I purchased a few bitcoins a few years ago and now looking at parting with a few.
What is the easiest and quickest way to sell 25+
I have noticed that localbitcoins not many buyers will take that amount.

if your a new user in local bitcoin you will need to build trust anyway. So your going to have to do some smaller trades before you just unload 25 btc. Unless you craigslist or something and meet someone in person.

Post your request in the currency section and use a reputable escrow and if you dont like to verify your identity with exchanging with that kind of money then good luck..

That's a quite serious amount! For that amount it's worth doing things right so you don't get scammed. This means getting registered on the exchange, doing a verification and selling them while getting your money into your bank account.
Where do you live if it's not a secret? This will help us tell you which is the best exchange to use. The safest one and the one with the least verification.

I was under the impression that circle and similar exchanges you could dump as much btc as you wanted. I've never used one though so can't be too sure.

You can withdraw the coin value to a bank acct or debit card using Circle. They have a limit, but I know you can get it raised if you talk with support!

But so many countries not accepting and they don't know what is bitcoin also. Bitcoin accepting countries also have very less ATM for Bitcoins. If companies like coinbase, ecoin and others install many Bitcoin machine and other bitcoin to fiat source means that will more comfort for us.

Why are you going to dump them all at a time? Do not sell 25+ BTC at one go, because, whenever the price will rise up even more you'll have nothing but regret left! So, just register yourself on LocalBitcoins and verify your profile so that buyers will start trusting you from the beginning. And start selling them in bits and chunks. You might get lucky and be able to sell them at a much higher price. But if you are in a hurry, then you may try selling them in popular exchanges like; Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Coinbase, Cryptsy, etc. Hope this helps you out.

Localbitcoins or coin base.
Coin base will take a little longer with all the bank verifications and such.
