I cant use VIRWOX as I live in NY and it is banned here.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

nice name huh? i suggest you to try virwox.com for paypal to bitcoins trade as no one here in the forum will accept paypal from a newbie specially with your name like that. goodluck Smiley

With a Newbie account with no trade history, you cant trade Paypal funds to BTC here.
You may try to exchange that in some other sites like localbitcoin or virwox.
All you will get here is a negative feedback or trust.

do you mean your paypal account isn't verified? then that only reduces more your chances of finding someone that is willing to trade with your paypal here and i doubt someone will be really interested in doing a deal with you as like i said, seems you are trying to scam here with your name like that
