All that picture shows is that you (might have) had above average (/good) luck over a short period. Over the long run, any gambling strategy is going to be -EV to the extent of the house edge plus the chances of the casino scamming you plus the chances of your account at the casino getting hacked plus the chances of you otherwise loosing your money.

Each dice roll is independent and with a negative EV, and so there is no strategy that can give you a positive EV. Period.
