It needs to do the simplest cryptocurrency on Ubuntu 14. So to run it and send some coins from one computer to another. Can someone help with this or do that. I will pay for it in the BTC.

You might want to try one of the coin cloner services like this one here: http://dev.cryptolife.net.
I think you can find some more on the Marketplace (Altcoins) board.
