479 LTC stuck in CryptoXChange. Update: My account is now banned.

I haven't used CXC for a long time, but now that they are closing, I tried pulling out some old LTC that I had sitting in there.

I have ~479 LTC, and maybe a penny in USD and BTC

When I try to withdraw it, it just says "failed"

Support via email is unresponsive, and their zendesk support is buggy to the point that you cant create the separate support account necessary to file a claim because the password strength detection algorithm is broken and wont accept any passwords.  

I had always thought CXC was a second-rate exchange, but this is just really piss poor.

I don't really like the idea of CXC getting to keep my LTC because of their bugginess, so if anyone here can figure out how to get my LTC out, it is yours.  If you feel kind enough to send a portion of anything you recover to my LTC address, that'd be cool but no hard feelings if you don't.  I have written it off.

Cool.  So I guess CXC noticed this thread and banned my account without sending me my coins.  

I haven't received any responses to my emails, or any communications from them whatsoever. Seems like they want to ingore me and keep my $40 worth of LTC.

If they weren't already closing, I'd warn others not to use them. Very disappointing, I thought they were more reputable than this.

Sharing your login credentials with everyone is probably against the tos.
Also, seeing lots of different ips trying to login to the same account could have made them assume your account was hacked, in which case disabling the account would be the right thing to do.

I do agree that not responding to your emails, etc is not cool.

Well, if they had seen this thread and had some bit of logic, they'd realize that people want that LTC and are going to be people from different IP's. You keep asking for your money, it's your's and not theirs regardless if it's their exchange.
