They are definitely a scam site.
They do not have anything to do with Microsoft (anyone can seethis as they suggest they are giving away a play station 4)!
The makers of X-BOX won't give away a free Play Station 4.
Also, it is the sub domain of com-selected-winner.link (the microsoft is the sub domain)

They keep on spamming me when and only when i type in www.google.co.uk!

Appears you are right on the scam site thing.. The only problem is its pretty expensive to keep DDOS going around the clock as you need a hell of alot of clients flooding a shitload of pings before you are likely to overwhelm your target and shoot them off the net..

An alternative to this would be to have someone try and get root access or into their control panel and destroy the site or deface it. Whichever.

Good call bringing this shit public though. Obvious scam is obvious.

I know that I could possibly launch an attack in Python.
However, Python is pretty slow for this type of thing, and they probably have a assword longer than 8 or 12 characters!
And it probably changes often.
I also don't seem to be able to retrieve their external IP_V4 address from my cmd shell!
