The mystery of Satoshi's real identity is on the news again!
Wired, Gizmodo, The Guardian and a host of other media outlets have been going crazy over whether the real Satoshi Nakamoto is indeed Craig Wright, the Australian guy whose place got raided by police recently.
In an e27.co interview, Gatecoin Exchange CEO Aurelien Menant said, "This media craze shows once again how widely known Bitcoin has become over the past few years. And, obviously, for common people who are not familiar with open source or decentralised protocols, putting a face on the creators will probably be an element of comfort..."
So, if you are lucky enough to sit down with the real Nakamoto for a chat, what would you one burning question be for the bitcoin creator?

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.

If i can ask one question to him I will ask him if he can manage to make more btc for mining... like extend 21m btc. to 50m btc. because in the future i think there will be a shortage of it. especially when all people or almost all people knew about bitcoin.

Since there are 100m satoshi for every coin, I'm not sure that is going to be much of a problem in the future if bitcoin does become more commonly accepted. There will just be a small percentage of people that own 1 or a significant amount of coins and purchases will be made for a few hundred or thousand satoshi. It was intended to be a finite resource. Simply creating more would go against that. From what I have read the final bitcoin isn't expected to be created until 2140, anyway. I'm still learning here, but it looks like the creator(s) knew exactly what they were doing. Obviously, some people will lose their personal keys, as many already have and that is unfortunate for them, but as they value increases I expect they will be much more careful about that.

Not to worry. Won't be overly long before it costs you One Satoshi for a piece of wrapped bubblegum. Like bubblegum, it is designed to stretch into whatever size shape you blow it

Most bitcointalk members would probably just troll him to death with requests for a no collateral loan PLEAZ.
Myself, I'd ask him where the inspiration for bitcoin came from and I'd ideally like to hear the answer whilst sitting down in a good coffee shop drinking Kona.

Let's be honest, the only real answer is "Can you give gift me some bitcoins, maybe like 100 or so"
Outside of that maybe what sparked his interest in creating it

'How may I server you master' jk, I would love to hear about the moment he/she/they realized it could work, and how it came to him/her/them; how all the peaces started to come together and what he/she/they were doing at the time.

I would have many question for Satoshi, it is hard to choose just one the most important. I guess would ask about his secret identity: - Why did you decide to disappear after creating bitcoin and leaving this all behind also why keep your identity in secret?

Seconded. While maybe many would ask him for BTC, I would like to talk IDEAS with Satoshi. A really good coffee at a good coffee shop is the right place for that conversation. O were that to ever happen... I'd even offer to buy the coffee.

I would ask him why he doesn't utilize portion of his btc to help in promoting bitcoin so that it reaches more of the public faster, and why doesn't he send out signed messages from time to time, when questions and debates about block size limit and other issues come out, he could help with his thoughts on the matter more than he may think.

"What do you want to build on top of what others have built on top of or after Bitcoin?"
Satoshi built from previous works to create Bitcoin. I'd like to know what he is building, or wants to, on top of the work in the field that's happened since Bitcoin was released almost 7 years ago.

I would ask him why he has never revealed himself to the public until now. He would have been somewhat rich and famous if he had revealed his identity to the public, however I guess there are still some benefits to being anonymous.

I think the most important question would have to be, "What are you going to do with your 1 000 000 bitcoins?" The answer to that question, will have a significant impact on Bitcoins future. If he convert to fiat, the price per bitcoin would drop drastically.
The decision to hoard, would give investors and speculators a opportunity to invest.

I would like him to answer the question of "why did he want to hide his identity"? If I created something big like bitcoins, I wouldn't want to hide my identity. Instead I would like to show everyone and have credit for creating something so great.

I'd ask him to hide on beach fron property we have. We've built a comfortable safe heaven there free from nosey neighbors. I have 2 nice speargun adn we can fish together there. I would like him to answer the question of "why did he want to hide his identity"? If I created something big like bitcoins, I wouldn't want to hide my identity. Instead I would like to show everyone and have credit for creating something so great.
if he were to be asked all these questions, Satoshi would further hide behind the bushes South America.

I would like to ask... 1. What was your speculation after 5/10/20 years on bitcoin prices in 2009 itself. 2. What is the plan with your 1M hoarded bitcoins. Will be hoarded for ever
