It's basically a PC somewhere on the world that never shutdown , and you connect to it remotely and do whatever you want on it . and you basically buy it/rent it for one month or more . Some services offer one month free trial before you start paying etc ... but I don't think those services accept bitcoin . |

Well plenty of sites to choose from, one costs like 10 bucks per month if you want Windows on it, linux VPS are cheaper, but I believe you do not have the tech. knowhow to run them. Just search for "VPS bitcoin" |

I once bought it but it was not a computer i could control, it was only a command line...
Those sites require you to have a VCC that they can charge a small amount from to confirm its not being botted, which it gets anyway. The command line VPS well thats the example of Linux VPSes, Windows VPS as I said earlier cost about 10 bucks per month on average |
