I see that live support is offline, and then I see 3 big buttons for Sports, Casino and Slots. Also I can't really see anything for these 3, as I'm required to register before I get to explore the site.

It can take quite a while to load the poker room for the first time, give it a few minutes and see what happens. When I want to moderate the chats and my connection isn't so great it can take up to a couple minutes.

That's so strange I connected almost instantly.

Try pressing crtl+shift+c. When the developer console comes up press and hold the refresh button and pick the last option. You'll probably have to login again. See if that helps.
