Just the same with my previous problem (it is something like locked account), but they fixed it finally. Better to send a pm to OP, because as I know he is the only one who can fix it. Support agent has no authority to unlock your account.

One thing I don't like about the weekly freeroll is the time it starts at, most Europe players/UTC timezone cannot attend it, since it starts around 2-3AM. Wish they could arrange the start time a bit better, like 8-9 PM UTC thus many more could join.

earlier today i recieved my withdrawal just 3-5mins after i requested it, maybe try again to contact the support if you have free time

same, i tried withdrawing the upfront payment to me and i recieved it within few minutes, for me their support responds fast and they process withdrawal fast too if you dont have any kind of problem on your account

twitter campaign payment probably delayed because their representative here in the forum might be busy IRL

so nothing happened  i cant withdraw 2.88 BTC more than 4 days.

betcoin.tm yesterday cleared my balance to 0 and customer support did not reply and did nothing

so my next step is to open a new topic that betcoin.tm is scam, here and on every other forum like sbr

please do not come up with your 0.0X  withdrawals . (Are you kidding me?  Have you ever see/own more than 1 bitcoin or just 0.0X ?  )

Don't judge too early, let's see and give betcoin.tm several days as they confirmed on holiday.
But still the things like this shouldn't abandoned as players don't want to know they are on holiday or whatever the business must go on.
Just take a look to another site which labeled legitimate like fortunejack, betcoin.ag, primedice etc they don't have problem with withdrawals process even they are on holiday.
