As I did't get credit for my sig campain so far too. I would wait a little bit if I were you and hopefully they will sort it all up.

You were very much notified about what was going on, and we reinstated the Bitcoin right away when we realized our mistake - NOT when you created a thread. We are posting screenshots of the conversation.

Don't judge too early, let's see and give betcoin.tm several days as they confirmed on holiday.
But still the things like this shouldn't abandoned as players don't want to know they are on holiday or whatever the business must go on.
Just take a look to another site which labeled legitimate like fortunejack, betcoin.ag, primedice etc they don't have problem with withdrawals process even they are on holiday.

Our support has been answering questions to people that go there and unlocking accounts. We were on holiday for two days but withdrawals continued to be processed. It's understandable that since I, personally, was absent from the forum for a two day Christmas vacation there are unanswered questions and some campaign setbacks - but the site itself has been running fine.

We paid 3 weeks in advance for signature campaigns and didn't deduct for Twitter mixups due to the holidays (not everyone can meet Social Media commitments when there are more important things to do).

I don't think any of this is cause for an uprising.

The 2.88 BTC was confiscated and WE TOLD HIM WHY. When we found out we got a bad tip, we immediately credited it back into his account.

Sounds legit! Keep up the good work and don't let people complaining loud , it's bad for your business.
The things make a business looks legitimate and success are the customer/user that feel satisfied and happy not make them complain. Goodluck!

I am starting to love this site because my issues always get resolved fast. but one of the WEEKLY leaderboard prize was cut-down middle of the week and in an in-humane manner, from 500mbtc prizepool to just 10mbtc.  

i know betcoin.tm can just say that, they have the final say and they have the right to change things anytime in their promo. but yeah, it leave sour taste to players tongue.

I find time to play poker event if i have so many things to do with the family for the holidays. and yes, it saddening to see these kinds of things that happen.

anyway, whatever betcoin.tm made them to change the prizepool, i hope it's for the better good.

We want to encourage real play for the sake of the playsers and are coming up with other leaderboard mechanics to keep it fun for you all to play against each other - oh, by the way, we're doing a 0% rake special soon.

just my 2 cent... i am sick and tired of seeing bitcoin poker site goes down in the past. i think that doing 0% rake promo will not do any good to ANY poker site. don't remove the rake, make the rake standard just like the other big fiat poker site and just reward the players who plays cash game. you can use the promo budget to sweeten the rewards for cash game players.... but then again, it's just my 2cent.

The rake will be a temporary promo, and will most likely coincide with a tournament that has a supplemented pot.

The cash deals are pretty sweet already! You get access to great Freeroll tables for seeing as low as 10 flops.

We also haven't advertised anywhere but here yet - there is a push coming soon
