Just giving my 2 satoshi here since there are alot of negativity regarding withdrawal however I got mine right exactly after I pmed them. Pro tips will be to contact the support as soon as you requested withdrawal but sometimes it takes longer because of holidays so all you need is just to wait

If you already set your withdrawal address along with a signed message in their site but still couldnt withdraw, try to contact their support and they respond pretty fast, in my experience
