yeah i ever use that jadecoin its same value with bitcoin, but i cant withdraw jadecoin directly.
you need to bet with jadecoin and if you win the bet its pay back by bitcoin,
simply its 1x rollover for jadecoin to convert it to bitcoin, however if you lose the bet, no bitcoin or jadecoin return

I get stucked at 57/100 in Level 2 . I think my account get error maybe i'm in level 4 or 3 now

i asked and they said for xp you get 5% of winnings+stakes in cash games and 50% of tournament winnings.

Only the support team and their representative here in the forum could help you on that matter, i got that problem few days ago and they fixed it in short time. Maybe try to contact them again and shoot a PM to OP so they can fix your issue asap

I contacted them earlier and waited ~40-50 minutes on live chat. Marc (current CS shift) is totally inadequate in my eyes. Anyway connected through my mobile internet. Seem the problem was in my internet connection, but i was with the same feww days ago without any problem.

He's no longer with us since we got several complaints. We don't tolerate CS members treating our customers in a haphazard way. Glad you got it resolved nonetheless.

I have the same problem. I also cant access the poker room. I dont use vpn, but i have a message to disable my vpn.
I dont know how to disable it because i do not use it.
