I'm guessing it's because you have multiple accounts or were on an ip address where there was another account, or you use dynamic ips.
Contact support, and they will "forward it to their supervisor"

What browser you are using? i think chrome/firefox can remember/save the usernames and passwords or you can use a password manager.

This site uses a manual withdrawal system that needs to be approved by their own staff and since this is saturday , It could means that there isnt anyone that is working today or atleast no staff is aware that there is a withdrawal request coming.

Thats the downside of using manual withdrawal , if betcoin going to keep using that than atleast set a minimum withdrawal amount that needs to be manually approved and everything below that should go through instantly

i agree to this, most players/gamblers doesnt need their money to be stuck on a gambling site for hours lets say 24hours specially in my case. having a need for manual withdrawal even in small amount doesnt sound good for many of us so i think small amounts should go instantly and larger amounts will require manual

There is even no reason to have manual withdrawal at one point since betcoin required user to verify their address by signing some message so unless hacker got lucky by hacking both betcointm and the private key for the address used in betcoin then there is no reason to be afraid of someone stealing the user's funds

Our system auto-blocks accounts with the same IP accessing the poker suite, since there's no way to ever verify that you were playing honestly. Even though I personally trust you and lots of people on the forum trust you, it would not be fair to our other players to allow that type of thing unless we did it across the board.
