This is really frustrating  People want to play poker at your site but they are unable to play because of your system faults.I am saying again i don't have any other account in your site and your live chat can't give instant solution.That make no sense.I never have a problem solved by them.If they can't solve any problem why they're online?

Back to the point,i am locked because of security.I played yesterday without any problem and cashed out without any problem then why locked today when i go to play again?your online support claiming that there is another 2 account from same Ip.I don't know which ip they talking about.There is no reason for me to create another account and i have reason not to create another account.I don't know what's the problem with your system.Never faced this kind of situation when played any other poker rooms.

Hi may i ask if anybody experience this I try withdrawing now however in never goes on pending , I experience this problem before and it was immediately fix when I talk to the customer service they just said that i need to confirmed my email and everything will be in order however just now I know that I already confirmed my email but experience the same issue cant talk to customer service right now since they are offline just want to ask maybe someone here know the solution thank you very much

So it seems that you have problem with withdrawal? If your account and email are both verified all you can do is wait for the casino staff to process your withdrawal.

yes, every player inactive for 5 minutes should be removed from the table, such as nitrogensport.eu and other site poker.

Yes, your advice is very good and brilliant. Because each in freeroll too much is waiting for those who are not GoTo to play and want to play
try their luck. and it's all to make a freeroll is getting better, because sometimes there are people who deliberately to stick inside the table to play in the next round.

Hopefully the sysop BetCoin.TM can consider these suggestions
