what happen when withdraw is not that fast !
I Request a withdraw about 18 hours ago and today i saw withdraw still not processed.So i start gamble with the chips and lost some bad beats and lost it all.Now really frustrated that if the withdraw proceeded.I could not lost my chips/btc.
well things happens like this but if you guys improved this issue that would be fun.

Gildarts, see that withdraw are manually, so, you have to wait until staff will approve your withdraw. Good luck for the next time  Also i have do the same issue like this before. I ever make withdrawal but not yet credited so i turn to play Dice but i see my balance still not change even i have make withdraw. I think betcoin.tm should separate it. |

I have a problem relating to the withdrawal of my signature campaign funds, as my account has supposedly been locked. I don't see any previous reports of a case like mine, although the support helper said it was due to multiple accounts on my address.
When I try to withdraw, I am complete the whole withdrawal process, but after I click "cash out", my pending balance remains at 0.
I have tried contacting support, and they said it was because my account could not withdraw a bonus. So I declined the bonus and tried to withdraw again, but to no avail. It's been more than three days and no response from support, so I've decided to take it to the forum in the hopes of a faster and more helpful response.
If anyone can help me. Please PM me so we can continue in private. When my matter is resolved, I will edit this post accordingly.

Yes this is what exactly happened to me also lol. I also lost 10$ once. I withrawl and these went to pending and on second day I start playing with these and lost lol. I think they need to do one thing that if there withdrawal are menual they should do this that when some click on withdrawal money should go to pending, which people couldn't use for playing. |

That's weird because you are in their signature campaign, just afraid that you will face difficulty to withdraw your earning from the sign campaign. Could you share the email in which you be informed that your account get banned permanently? |

Could you share the email in which you be informed that your account get banned permanently? that exactly the reason i am complaining now, my weekly payout will gone if my account get banned permanently, or even worst now i can't login error code said my account disable/removed sighhhh. really unclear . ican't share on public my email it is bad you know. |

Your account need to be unlocked. Please contact support and report to them your situation, they will solve it, don't worry. Do you have 2 account? Do you use VPN? This is the main reason of a locked account. |

I ever saw betcointm write on somewhere this thread or maybe other his thread.. that no deposit bonus is only available for provably fair games.. Ya i try it on live games and the bonus not appearing.. They should rewrite that any of our games to only provably fair games. |

How the heck are you supposed to keep players on the site playing cash game poker when the first time I ever sit down at a table with the only guy available I play one hand with pocket pair 10 10 and he put all his chips in with Ace and Jack and beat me then instant sits out. This is a complete dick move and very bad poker etiquette. BTW, this user name who did this was Tripod. He is a scum bag hit and run player. So if others have same bad experience like me because of guys like him they will not want to play here anymore. It's a shame I just wanted to enjoy some cash game poker for a change and not tournament and this guy Tripod is complete asshole.

Yes, still traffic is low. And will getting lower if they continue to do sneaky things to their players. From today there is a rake on cash games. Yes, I know your goal is to win some money, but this is not the way to threat your players adding taxes and reducing prize pools sneaky and without any warning/announce. My suggestion is to wait at least one more month player pool to grow and then add rake... Adding rake is putting you behind Nitrogen, because they have bigger player pool and cash game freerolls. And betcoin.am are offering 70-190% rakeback (if you start table). And I don't find any incentive to play cash with you beside your LB. Today was the 1st day when we've played few 50 and 100mbTC MTT because usually there isn't enough players. I guess following your routine they will be also removed in next 24 hours? |

Interesting thing I noticed: if you are not logged in on Betcoin.tm account then live dealers section is showing only Roulette and Baccarat with Asian dealers (I doesn't matter if you pick different region or not)
If you are logged in, however, you see EU or US dealers and BlackJack is available, this is intended behavior?

well this player hit and ran , Betcoin can't do anything against these type of players I don't know any site that doesn't allow players from doubling and then leaving , there are such players all over the network that's why I don't play cash games in low traffic sites , cause you can simply lose in the first 10 mins then you can't find any player to play with |

Apparently that is correct. Some people reported this before, too. I don't know is there any reason why betcoin.tm decided to disable bonus when you are trying to gamble with live dealers? It is intended or it is an omission on their part? |
