I recently finished Poker tournament.
Everything is good, because once again managed to win.
However, when I played something strange happened - see screenshot:

Edit: It is Texas Holdem Poker.



I only got one card. I folded. But I do not know how others could play with just one card?

Anyone have something similar?

Yep, just refresh it on your browser and join back into your table. i think it's a bug on that site, but it never happen to me though. or maybe because your connection rto and that's make your 1 card invisible.

I did not have to refresh the browser. On the next hand, everything was fine. It seems that the most likely is a bug.

Hello there. Just a quick question, the withdraw button seems to be not working as of the moment. Already tried clearing cache and cookies, logging back in and clicking the withdraw button over and over again but that doesn't seem to do any good for me. Balance still stays as it was earlier. Thanks!

Edit: Spammed the hell out of that withdraw button for 5 minutes. Idk why it wasn't working. A month back, same thing happened when I tried to withdraw my winnings. It took a full 3 hours before that withdraw button began to work. Kindly look into it.

Again and again, my account is locked and unable to play poker. I could play 2 freerolls yesterday, but now I cant.
Yesterday I was using my phone as wifi hotspot and now I'm using my personal modem, it is not good to lock an account just because the account using different internet sources. I think its better to turn off your automatic lock system and use manual system, at least investigate the account first before lock it.

Site is in updating phase.. betcointm tolds to me the last time that I've heard him (on tuesday) that there was some updates on its site (also in way to automatize payment for campaign, etc.).

We're looking for increase the number of people that plays on the poker room, but this will require some time and it isn't so easy. (In any case, I'll do my best).

For the support, I guess that it isn't managed by only one person and I can not know why is inactive since 2-3 days.

I just tried playing a sit-n-go on your site.

I paid the 1 + 0.1 for a 6-seat NLHE sit-n-go and waited for it to fill up. After a while I was told I had been "logged out due to inactivity". When I came back, I was no longer registered.

I'm not sure whether you kept my money or refunded it, but either way I was inactive because I was waiting for the game to start. Surely I shouldn't be logged out for that!

It's not even like I could have joined an active ring game while I waited. There were (and still are) no active games in progress, other than a single heads-up sit-n-go.

Yesterday this type of think happens to me many times, I was playing on Circle, But after few minutes I was automatically logged out, Than again I loggin and it again logged out, It happnes to me many time, Than i was fed up and leave it. I dont know why it is Doing this

Shouldn't the pending withdraws be excluded from what is left on your account after you withdrawn? It's kinda confusing and others might mistakenly used their "pending amount to be withdrawn" in their games.

Yep, noticed it myself as it happened to me as well in the past. At first I thought I messed up the withdrawal request so went back to withdrawal page and saw my withdrawal request was correctly sent and status was pending.

Contacted online support to make them aware of this weird fact and they stated that this is the way they handle thses situation: they praticaly answered me that until withdrawal is not processed (so pending) I might still bet/play with that amount but doing it would pratically cancel my withdrawal request. 

Also told theirs is the only casino/pokerroom I played on (and believe me I played a plenty of them) who manage withdrawals in this way but that's the way they meant to deal with it.

So when I decide to withdraw I stop playing there until my BTC touch my wallet.

Aaaaaand there I was ending up playing the 0.0835 I requested for withdraw instead of it touching my wallet. No hesitations though, I find it easy to make my 0.005 to 0.1 very easy and quick in a game there. For betcointm, kindly fix the withdrawal system that you have in betcoin.tm. It seems a little bit off to some players in your site wanting their withdraws processed fast. Experienced the same issue a month ago with quite a big sum. I thought that the delays only happen on big cashouts but turns out that it also occurs even with the smallest withdrawals.
