Placed a bet 0.111 BTC.  
I won the bet.  
But my account balance is still only 0.111 BTC.

What game did you play? Perhaps you need a screenshot of your bet or your bet ID, and ask it to customer support while they are online.                

Bet status is winner.  

Can you imagine a system that sets your bet status as winner but do not credit your account with the winnings?

I'd contact live support providing them bet ID and explaining everything. Also take some screenshots of your transactions ID (deposit one and bet one) they can be useful for you when talking to live chat (consider there is a button in chat window allowing you to attach files to send support).

If they won't be of help you may also post those screenshots here and see what happens.

USE YOUR DATEBASE TO IDENTIFY THAT BET AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH MY WINNINGS  

YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE , SO DO WHAT IS YOUR JOB , work a little bit,  do not ask for detalils that you should  already know (via your database)

Here are what you should do :

- open your user database
- find bet records  (last 3 days, on my account)
- find transaction records  (last 3 days, on my account)
- find (my) account record  
- compare my balance with the the transactions + bet records

this is so simple

Normally this could never happen in a proper system/database  (that you settle the bet as winner but do not credit the winnings)    Hire a database specialist , or do better db triggers

These support agents don't have any idea what db triggers are. When you sent the Bet ID by email it looks like the support agent just didn't catch it - which is pretty inexcusable and we will deal with it but man we're going to fix the problem there's no need to be hostile to the support agents. Most of them try their best and really, truly want to help everyone have a good time! Please don't take out your frustration on them and take it out on me instead

They gave my money back only some days later.   So my withdrawal took 5 days.


So next time i will test their withdrawal again.    (After i got my winnings   0.111 BTC * 1,85  for my bet )

i will let you know how long does it take a simple withdrawal  EVERY WEEK AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES

I know betcoin is little bit a Lazy, But he always solved the problems. I few times got an issue with my Withdrawal and he always solved, but with a Delay. But above all site is very Nice. I made much profit from it

I tried to place a bet with all my funds  0.32 BTC (140$)  @  1.68  but betcoin.tm accepted only 0.2 BTC (85$) without any question without any warning (that not all my stake was accepted)

Yes, we did freeze your funds upon request to freeze them from our Sportsbook provider in order to investigate your bets. Once the investigation cleared you were given the funds and they were withdrawn. Mind you - I don't think you ever updated your scam accusation against us.

This time, the system did not pay out on a bet slip. I'm not surprised that this is upsetting to you considering last time we had to freeze your funds. We can imagine the frustration, but as always we resolved the issue within a few days.

Now, I have to submit a warning to you that if you expect friendly customer service, then saying "What is that f*cking smile at the end of the message  ?    Do you think i am your friend?" is NOT going to get it for you. I have been as cordial as possible but if we can expect (again) to have situations such as this where you contact customer support - who is only there to help you - and curse them, then there's going to have to be something done.

We process many bets per day on Sportsbook and this problem happens about twice times per two or three weeks (inclusive of all players).  That's a pretty low number. Most of these issues are resolved with 24 hours. However, in most cases, when a support agent asks for the username and other info, the customer responds in kind with all the necessary information. Instead of doing this, you refused to provide your username to better assist you, so instead of the agent being able to easily look up the information, she had to escalate the matter, which will add to your wait time.

So - to get this straight with anyone reading this 'drama' - you contacted our support and instead of providing them with the information they wanted you cursed them and started ranting about db triggers. We don't support or tolerate this type of behavior towards our customer service reps, especially when even after your issues are resolved you have open scam accusations against us. Not only that but the thread I'm thinking of has inaccurate information such as 'I suggest you not to play at betcoin.tm.      They are from Greece.' We're from Hong Kong. Our site has a Chinese version (caishentang.com). Our design is focused on our Chinese customers. We have a Sportsbook provider that services other companies, yes. There is nothing odd about that. I already talked to the support and got connected to James through email. Support says my account is under security check. I emailed James and until now i havent got any reply as to why my account is under security check? and still i cant access poker.

If you have time please see my account and what will happen? It's frustrating to see your accnt gets ban when all you do is play every chance you get.

Do not lie, all my bets were placed on valid lines (perhaps dropping odds/ sharp lines), so there was no reason to investigate my bets.  
I placed at least 15 bets in a 2 week timeframe and you confiscated my funds only when i asked withdrawal.    
You have the same odds provider as bet8.gr/winmasters/(now)cloudbet and what surprise they never confiscated my fund to investigate my bets.

You confiscated my funds without any warning (set my balance to 0)  and do not replied to my email for days.
You gave back my funds only when i opened a new topic here and started to share all my bets  compared with  oddsportal and pinnacle prices.

I guess processing mean that you need to wait.. if you make withdraw but its not on pending. Its mean your account have problem.

Yeah turns out you were banned for chat abuse and the email that was sent to you bounced. So, consider this your first warning.

1. We had reason to confiscate. Our provider said to hold the funds. We did. We let you know why. We fixed it. We cashed you out. Simple simple.
2. We aren't 'blaming' anyone. We are relying on their expertise to let us know when specific behaviors should be addressed.
3. We chatted with this employee and she is embarrassed and extends her public apology.



Those things being said... The core of my message was just this: Please try and be a little nicer to the support agents. They're held to high standards (we've gotten rid of all who have public complaints against them) and Aimee is a VERY good employee. She made a mistake so just try and have a little understanding.


And for the love of all that's good please close that 2.88 BTC thread that was resolved so long ago.
